Jeep wrangler soft top?

ok at the end of last winter we got a new soft top for our 2000 wrangler. we only had it on for 2-3 weeks before taking it off for the summer. wrolled the back window up to take the top off. yesterday we put the top back on and the back window was rinkled bad. its gotten a little better but id still noticeable, how can i get the rinkles out.
 
you can take it off and lay it flat on the ground and let the sun heat it back up and the wrinkles should come out. But it needs to get in the upper 70's for this to work.
