This I don't quite understand. You are putting an older motor into a newer vehicle? For what reasons? You will most certainly have some trouble passing emissions. There's tons of info about swapping newer motors into older jeeps, maybe you should check out a jeep forum, somebody there may have done the swap you are suggesting.
