jeep wrangler question?

I have a 98' Jeep wrangler. and currently have stock wheels with all-terrain tires. i would like to put after market wheels, with very wide tires on it. do you know what tires i would need? would a 13.50 width work? suggestions? thanks!
 
Any width would work, but without a lift they will rub your fenders if you flex the axles enough. Keep wheel bearing loads in mind (do you really need that wide of a tire?...).
