Jeep Wrangler battery problem?

While installing a CB radio in my YJ, i accidently hooked the hot (red) wire up to the negative terminal like an idiot. Now, the jeep won't start and only click once when i try to start it.

After it sits for a while, the headlights will come on and be normal brightness, but then when i try to crank, it will just click once and nothing.

I tried to get jumped off, but nothing happened. Same thing.

Any suggestions???

Thanks, but the connections are clean and pretty tight. I don't think it's a fuse...
