Jeep Wrangler Air Locker help?

I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport with an automatic transmission and I'm wanting to install an ARB Air Locker and change the differential gears to a 4.88 or a 5.13 to run 35's optimally. I think the factory ring and pinion gears are 3.73's. My question is what all would I have to do/buy for this conversion and whats a good estimate for the install? Please only respond if you are mechanically inclined enough to do so. This is a serious question. Thanks
