I am trouble shooting a bad pcm on a 99 wrangler 4.0.
Problem is the AC compressor does not engage. I have already checked the low and high pressure switches and jumped the relay to engage the compressor, i have no power to the relay at terminals 85 and 86 to trigger the clutch. I have power at pcm connector c22 and c23 with ac switched off and key on, when i turn the ac switch on and key on power is lost. I am left to suspect the pcm but am hesitant to replace it unless i am sure. Any help would be grateful.
