I have a 2006 jeep wrangler and I'm having an issue with the Air Conditioning. It works just fine, but the only time it will blow is when it is on the highest fan setting. The other 3 fan settings do not work at all. All of the other setting work: temperature, defrost, etc. How can I fix this?

hi..mostly, at the passenger side, under the dash board, is a blower motor box,, there is this three or four wires going into it, and it is like a plug that is screwed in. remove this screw and remove this unit.. in this unit, you will see coils of bare wires, this is your blower motor control unit.. you will see that this wires are broken/open and will need to be replaced.. enjoy.
