Jeep Wrangler '05 Light-Bar?

Hey everyone. My Father Recently Bought a Jeep Wrangler '05 but the bad part with a leather-top, you can't put a Blue-Light on it. He's a Firefighter and needs to put his blue-light on his jeep. now, i know there's a bar-type thing you can put on it so you can put a light on it but i need to know exactly what it's called...I want to get it for him for christmas.
