So last year I lifted my '08 Jeep with a 4" lift and am currently running 35's. My headlights burst an extreme amount of light into oncoming traffic and thru the back window's of all those in front of me. But I can't see the dern road. I tried mounting some Hella 500 Black Magic's to boost light onto the ground because with just the stocks, I couldn't see anything. That helped, even with the stock lights off, but I just doubled the amount of light. So, I adjusted the beam angle but still got pulled over for it.
Luckily I escaped with a warning. So after dual-wiring them with the headlight's brights, I set-up a master switch just above the shifter... and now I'm at a loss of what to do about a way that I can see the road without hurting fellow-driver's eyes? Any suggestions?
Thanks.. Rob
I did. I tilted them down.. Still got pulled over.
