jeep with 132,000 miles?

i found a 2000 jeep cherokee laredo 4.0l I6 with 132,000 miles on it. no physical damage, seems like it was very well maintained, i'm just curious whether or not this is a smart purchase. its $4500 for it, and i can get obviously LOW payments on it. by what im reading this engine is an excellent and long lasting engine. but people tell me this is not a smart purchase at all, but you cant find lower mileage for this price, unless maybe your GOD himself. wondering what people think of this?
 
jeeps last forever and ever. its 10 years old- thats 13,000 miles a year which is average. my husband had 2 jeeps that went to like 175,000 miles at least- which would be another 40,000 for you or about 3 years- can you have it paid off in 3 years? cuz you will probably need another car in 3, max 4 years
