I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and the the heat and air will only blow out of the upper defrost vents and lower vents but not in the middle. My cruise control does work but my vent selector does not stop you can spin the dial 360 degrees around is that my problem or is a vacuum line. I think the dial should stop but not sure that is why I am looking for some help.

I did not say that I followed the lines and did not find a leak. Also if I hold down the spot where the vacuum line runs it will blow out the vent it just does not do it when I turn the control. Should I be able to keep turning the selector to the right without it stopping? Thanks again for the help.
