OK i have on early Tj with the wide 3 vent cowl. whats happening is when it rains hard the cowl fills up with water faster than it can drain and when it fills all the way up, in the floor it goes. the drain tube is not blocked either. that was my first thought. i see cowl vent covers for the jeep with the single vent cowls but nothing for the style cowl on my jeep. so that idea is also out. what can i do to fix this?
