I have a 1986 jeep Cherokee 4 cylinder 2.5 liter 5 speed manual transmission.
Recently i have been having really bad clutch problems.
Some times it shifts smoothly,
and some times i have to put all of my weight on the shifter
I know it has a hydraulic throwout bearing
and that the clutch was recently replaced
any help would be great

The clutch was replaced about a year ago,
but the care was rarely used after it was replaced
