does this sound right? The mechanic says due to changing the gears the pcm is trying to compensate for the higher rpms at a cruising speed and this is why i am having a rpm fluctuating problem (they bounce about 2-400 rpms while maintaining the same speed above 50 mph. they said it isnt the wiring harness or any of the sensors fuel pump filter, they said they checked everything and this is the problem. So if this is so how can I fix this.
