Jeep Renegade/Wrangler?

I have seen driving lights fitted to the A pillar of a Jeep Renegade or Wrangler.

Are the brackets that they use supplied by Jeep as an accessory, do they come standard on the car or are they an aftermarket unit?

I would like to adapt some to my 4Runner and put some pencil beams on there, can anyone advise where I might find the brackets?
 
I am not aware of any that are made for the 4Runner. It is easy on the Jeep because of the exposed mounting bolts for the windshield frame, and the light bracket is normally an aftermarket unit.

You could fab some up to fit your Toyota if you want to.
