My 2003 Jeep's rear wheel has been making a scraping noise while driving lately. The mechanic claims that there's nothing wrong with it. He removed the rear tire and examined it and said that the brakes are fine.
Is this normal? What do you think this is from?
NOTE: However the vehicle in many other aspects is in fine condition and well maintained.
