Jeep Grand Cherokee - Towing Uhaul?

I need to tow a UHaul trailer with my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee LImited 4x4. Problem is, I just have a regular bumper and nothing on my Jeep is set up to tow.

Do I need a new bumper? Or is there a special hitch I can buy that just attaches to the car's frame?

Where would I get this done? Do I need to go to a dealership, or autozone, or what?

you can get either a dealer or u-haul install and can buy from both for about 100-or more depending on what class you get. on our 01 GC we got jeep dealer to install one and they cut bumper and added a black piece to make the cut bumper look better. call either one and ask for price for one and how much they charge to install. thing is will you use this often if not just rent a u-haul truck much cheeper.
