1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 6cyl.
I've been having some problems with it stalling. It stalled often at lights, and sometimes when driving. My check engine light has been on and off for an ignition coil. The ignition coil was replaced and it still has been stalling. I then had the oil sending unit replaced, not fixed. throttle body cleaned, not fixed. New battery and fuel filter replaced, again, still not fixed. Now have had my whole exhaust replaced- tail pipe, muffler, catalytic converter- and it still is stalling. That was replaced only minutes ago, and my check engine light for the ignition coil is back on. What could be wrong? Last night, it turned on and stalled right away, then refused to turn over when trying to crank it again.
i was told Crankshaft Sensors probelms cause the car to work better when cold, than hot. Mine is opposite. I have fewer problems after driving the car a bit, and when it was warmer outside.
