Jeep Grand cherokee keyless?

I bought a used keyless and got it programmed at the dealer. But the driver side door is not responding to the remote. When i lock it everything gets locked except drivers side. When i press unlock driver side doesnt get unlocked. I called the dealer he said there is something wrong with the car not the way it was programmed. Is that true?


Lock works fine with the key
 
True, the key-less remote control communicates with a single module inside the car so that if the module receives the unlock or lock signal it would attempt the same thing no matter which remote control gave the command. Something is wrong with the vehicle here, not the keyles remote.
