I have a 96 jeep cherokee classic. Its a 4wd and a 4.0L inline 6. The other day i was driving and the check engine light began to flash. It turned solid and shut the engine down. I tried to start it back up but had no luck. I had a diagnostic machine and tested it. It said O2 sensor and multiple misfire and cylinder 1 & 6 misfire. I changed out all the plugs but it didnt help. Some one told me it might be the crankshaft sensor. I replaced it but had no luck. The plugs are getting fire and the ignition coil is good. Fuel is getting to the top of the engine because it squirts gas when the valve is pressed on the top of the motor. People are telling me so many things that could be wrong with it. Someone please help me out and point me in the right direction. Thanks!!!
