Jeep cherokee full throttle at start up?

I just got the manifold changed on my Jeep Cherokee. Once it was finished, started her up and it went full throttle. Had to shut it down quickly. It bounces off the rev limiter. The mechanics can't figure it out. It drove fine before the manifold change. The throttle body looks fine and is not stuck open. The 2 vacumn hoses are connected.

Can someone please help me out with this one. I have exhausted all my ideas.
