I am looking for a swing-out spare tire mount for my jeep cherokee '96 that will mount on the stock bumper and above the taillight. I cant find any that dont require me to buy a new bumper. However, i saw a jeep recently with one on the stock bumper. The owner told me craigslist, cant find any there. Anyone have any websites or stores? Anyone selling one?
