jeep - automatic transmission hose?

Is the fitting on the end of the fluid hose threaded on or pressed on, how do I get it off?? There is a metal hose attached to transmisson and a metal hose attached to the radiator with a rubber hose connecting the those two, how do I release the rubber hose?
