I had a problem with my 06 Rubicon front locker, air pump would continue to run after selected which indiccate a air leak in the system. Air pump pressure of 5psi was good, pump would turn off if you plug the hose off, normal, next step was to remove the diff cover and what I found was air locker hose was disconnected. reinstalled hose and installed spring clamps at each end. Problem fix.
