About 3 weeks ago the fan in my motor broke apart. I had a mechanic come to my house and replace the fan and motor. While he was working on it my father was outside helping him. Well while the man lifted the old fan out he accidently poked a whole into the radiator and it started leaking. He sent me to the auto store to buy bars leak which he put in. Now here we are two weeks later, I have barely drove the car, no more than 30 miles and now my truck is overheating. We have replaced the thermostate and flushed the system with stuff I bought at the auto store. There are no visable leaks. Could the bars leak have damaged something or caused a clog?

This is exactly why I never recommend using any type of "liquid Fix". The only way to take care of a leaking radiator is replace it. When you put a product in that is supposed to clog a leak and seal it, the product cannot differentiate between a water passage and an unwanted hole.
