My husband's brother and sister in law seem to be very jealous of us to the point where they are acting like they are some investigators.
They always try to have the same as us or better (usually better) and say something like 'we wanted something better than that', We recently bought our first home, and all the time they were saying that they had no intention on buying a home soon, well not until we bought ours. They immediately started looking and then found out that they couldn't qualify. That doesn't bother us though, what bothers us is that they are going around talking to our neighbors trying to find info about our house (mainly negative info) and spread rumors. They also show up at our house where the construction crew is remodeling, just to check out and come to us and say negative things about the remodel. Pretty much they are digging into our things. We also have another condo that we currently live in and they are going around digging how much our current condo is worth and such.
I feel like they are getting into our life. Its clear that they are jealous. they've always been and now seems like more than ever.
Whats the best way to tell them to stop without ruining our relationship with them?
