Java games for mobile phones, how do i prepare and send it to my mobile?

Ive just got the new samsung tocco lite mobile phone, but i want to put some games on it, i downloaded a few of them from torrent sites and i cant figure out how to prepare them to send it through bluetooth to my phone, when i undo the game files on my laptop there's about 15 files, how do i configure these so that i can send it straight to my phone?
