java and html help for blog recent post?

I have a blog http://tecland.blogspot.com
I wanna make a page like http://www.chilloutpoint.com/hah/chilloutpoint.com.html
for my blog recent posts.. and it should be automatically updated with ma recent posts..
I can create a free page with webs.com
please if someone can help me..
may be its too much just for a blogger..
but, i just wanna giv a try and for those who can do this, this is just a peanut i hop..
