For japan year 10 consists of students ages 15-16. I want to know what month do u have to be born in cause the month you are born affects the year u will be in. For example 15 year olds can either be in year 9 or 10. How do they confirm which year they will be in?? I cannot really phrase it well, sorry. Pls help me. I would appreciate the information
