While in Waikiki, we had our dinner in the Japanese restaurant. When I spoke English to the hostess, she seems very unpleasant to served us. When Japanese customer came after us, they got served first. Then when we received the bill, a 15% service charge was included. Is that the normal practice in those restaurant in Waikiki ?
