I keep hearing that Executive Order 9066 (the deporting of alien Japanese because of suspicion of Pearl Harbor or the future) was unconstitutional. But what I'm wondering is what part of the Constitution was this order violating?
Also, if you could explain WHY this part of the Constitution was violated
P.S. So far, I have Amendment 7 because it states that you have to have a fair trial, but the Japanese didn't, they had no lawyers to defend themselves, and some didn't even have enough evidence on them to actually put them in camps
