The senseless tragedy!

I await the invention of a new line of GUNPLA that, when finished, will supposedly have earthquake-proof sturdiness.

Well, it could have been worse, but that's really painful right there.

Not only will Bandai make money selling new kits and parts to replace those but, they'll also collect from the insurance agency for the damage done to their crack ho- I mean Gunplay factory.

"Mother!...MY GUNDAMS!!"
"Son...I'm still..alive...if you call a docto-"
"Silence, mother! I need to find the tiny ammo clip...oooh, where could it be?!"

But seriously- yes, no reported actual casulties is very good news indeed.

Sadly for addicts though, the brief shutdown of the factory will lead to withdrawl symptoms....folks might even start buying SEED NG kits!

The horror! How could a just God allow this to happen!?

Seriously, I'm glad to know that the tiny Gundams were the only causalities of this quake. It might force their otaku owners to set foot outside the house and get some sunshine.

I live in an Earthquake prone area. So I take proper precautions to make sure delicate figurines and knick-knacks are secure on their shelves. Those Japanese collectors should have known better.
