Jan 08 surgery?

I had an L5 S1 microdiscectomy on Jan 7. Has anyone had this surgery around that time and if so are you still in pain? My leg and hip still ache and ache and ache. Not as much nurabness and tingling but intense nagging ache. Anyone? Thanks, b
 
I had a PLIF on Jan. 7th at L4-5 and feel I am making good progress. I am not pain-free, but the pain I do have is entirely different from what I was experiencing prior to surgery, and it comes and goes.

Do you need medication for the pain you have now?
 
Yes, and I don't sleep well either. Still can't get comfortable. My surgery was not as extensive as yours sounRAB. Glad you are coming along. Pulling for you that it keeps up! Thanks for the reply
