Hey, so I'm very worried about my beloved iPhone. It's jailbroken, I think on 3.1.2 if i remember right, it was done awhile ago.
So my phone died today because it ran out of battery. I took it home and plugged it into my laptop and tried to turn it on, and it got stuck on the apple screen.
I am reading all of these forum posts saying I need to restore it (and lose my jailbreak so I'd like to avoid that at all costs.
I held down power + home for 10 seconds to turn it off. Then I plugged it into my PC and it automatically turned on to the apple screen. So now i'm actually stuck in this weird apple purgatory. My phone is on, and does not need to be discovered. Every 3 minutes (I think on a timer...), my phone will be on apple screen. Then it will switch to blank black screen (but still lit up). When it is on apple screen, it is not discovered. Then, after 3 minutes, when it switches to blank lit up, I can open my phone in itunes, even transfer images from the phone to my PC. But after 3 minutes it'll switch back to apple logo.
Very desperate for suggestions/help/a solution to just my phone back to the home screen
