I didn't pay my husbands phone bill by mistake. I immediately paid it but it was already shut off. Now it is telling me to restore. It is password protected because our 3 year old likes to play with it. I can use it for emergencies and can't unlock it. It doesn't have the dismiss button. I have hooked it up to itunes in recovery mode. It gives me error 23. In DFU mode and normal mode it says to unlock the phone but I can't. Anyone have any suggestions? Last resort is to take it to apple but since it is jailbroke we don't want to. Can anyone help us?
