Jailbreak OS 4.0 iPhone 3GS(16Gb) on New Boot ROM

I'm facing problem doing jailbreak for OS 4.0 iPhone 3GS(16 Gb) model(MC135LL).

When I load the F/W for OS 4.0 on RedSn0w 0.9.5b5-5, shows unable to recognize the firmware... ....also same for F/W 3.1.2 and 3.1.3...

Is there any way to Jailbreak this.....pls...help
