JAILBREAK IPOD TOUCH... please help =/?

ok so i have the newest ipod out.. the 4th generation.. and it has firmware 4.3.5 ,,,,, how do i jailbreak this... can someone send me a link or a video or something step by step to how to do it? i tried to downgrade it to 4.3.3 , but it comes up with an error message (error 3194) ??? help me out??
