Jailbreak iPod Touch 3g 4.0.2?

I accidentally updated my jailbroken iPod Touch 3g to iOS 4.0.2 which means I've lost my jailbreak. Is there any way to jailbreak this OS?

If not is there any way to downgrade the iPod and then jailbreak it? Please note, I do NOT have SHSH blobs saved from Cydia.
