My cousin went to jail just now for drinking. I called the police cause my mom fell down the patio.. She wasn't breathing either so now she's at the hospital and doesn't remember anything.... I am only 15 this sucks... and the cops took my cousin to jail, they said he drank to much, so he is going to jail... The thing is they were drinking at home so... Can you go to jail? Cause it was a party everyone was drinking and they took her cause she drank to much...
