If my sister beat up her 14 year old daughter, and DHS is in on it,?
I mean my sister punched her and almost broke her nose, her face is bruised bad, and she kept hitting her head on the concrete floor. She also forced her to take an Ambien pill. She probably would have killed her if my other niece hadn't called one of her ex boyfriends to come over and pull her off of my fourteen year old niece. Can she go to jail? I really want her to. My niece is staying with the grandparents now, so she is safe for the moment, but I just want to know if this could be jail time for the mom through DHS. Also, my nieces dad died when she was seven, and her mom gets social security so she won't give up rights because of the money.
