My bf has charges pending against him. Three for Theft 3 and Three for Forgery. Class C misdemeanors and Class A misdemeanors. It was only a total of $60.
The judge said that technically he could get up to 2 years, but also could just get community service.
I'm trying to prepare myself for the worst but not get myself too worked up about something I can't change.
I guess my questions is...any guesses to what he'll get?
