i was pulled over for driving uninsured because i was laid off and cant afford insurance anymore. anyhow can i really get jail time or have my license taken away? im 22 and ive only had two tickets before. my reg was suspended also for emissons also. i do plan on getting insurance and doing emissions before i go to court. could i really do time or have my license taken away for this in the state of maryland? personal experiences would be awsome. thanks so much!
