My iPod touch is jailbroken and I downloaded the tweak from Cydia called "No Accessory Splash" so that when I plug my iPod into my USB port in my car, the "Accessory Connected" sign does not come up and I can navigate my iPod from the iPod its self instead of having to navigate through the head unit. However, when my iPod is plugged into my car, everything works fine except for videos. Any video I play from any app is frozen on the first second of the video and only the audio plays with the frozen screen. I understand I could just use the auxiliary port instead, but I prefer the USB connection. Is there maybe another Cydia app that can bypass this blockage also?
