I have a 3g 32gig ipod touch that i recently jailbraked. my ipod's battery died and sinse i used blackrain it was a tethered jailbrake, so when it turns off it says connect to itunes and i need to jailbrake it again to turn on. i have done this before but this time it wont work and when i tried to restore it itunes says error 1611. i have tried all the things Itunes recommend but nothing works.
so what I'm asking is has this ever happened to you or do you know how to fix it, if it cannot be fixed will i need to get a new one, it wont turn on peoper so will apple know its jailbroken and not give me a new one. i live in ireland so if i bring it to an apple registered store will they give me a new one or send it away to the uk, or what will they do. can you find a store i can bring it to please?
