Jail breaking ipod touch help?

i have and ipod 1 g 2.2.1 and when i get to the part of quick pwn when it says that you should search for your firm wire i go there and click it \iPod1,1_2.2.1_5H11_Restore.ipsw and when i do it says that it doesnt support that type or something what should i do??
when i go to the ispw file and click it. it for some reason says that it doesnt support it or it may be corupted
