Jail-breaking a Sanyo Incognito...?

A friend gave me her Incognito because Verizon doesn't have any phones I want. But, her Incognito is a Sprint phone. Both use MEID numbers, but I need to know how to unlock/jailbreak it to work for Verizon. Any help?
