jail break my Iphone?!?!?

Hey guys i haven't decided if i should jail break my Iphone yet, i heard u can get viruses, and other hardware problems by doing so. Is jail breaking really worth it? And could someone email (ME) step by step how to do so if i were to decide to jail break my Iphone???
 
Yeah you should definitely jailbreak your phone you can do a whole lot more like customize the design board free games quicker tools to get to options i have mine for tmobile and i got mms working, video ringtones, you can get those ems emulators idk the like old game boy games. There are plenty of things you can do just have to mess with it

and as for how to jailbreak it it all depends what version your iphone is like 3.0 3.1 or 2.2.1
