jail bait has a crush on me. what should I do?

Everytime I see her, I feel like she's trying to impress me. Lying about her age, dressing nice, getting "too close" on a guy who's over 18. I only see her when I play basketball at the park every thursday and at the church on sundays. I've known her for 2 years and she has befriended my lil bro, a girl friend of mine and their friends, who i always see and play with at the park. I've always felt that she has a thing for me, but just recently, she's been really trying to look good.

We talk, I keep it cool. Last thursday she asked me if I thought she was 15 (she's 13), I said no I think youre 13. Im 20, and this girl is just being a jail bait, I gotta be honest, she looks nice too. and the whats worse, im good acquaintances with the mom, And the girl tries, even with the mom around, its very obvious.

How do I deal with this problem? should I ask her straight up? or keep it cool?

LOL, been there, done that...

It is what it is, buddy: jail bait...at its finest. If you go for it, you will be in jail. No "if" or "but" will convince the judge otherwise. I say some things in life are best left alone...she might be one of those things you just have to let go.

Don't you wish you were 17 or younger?! Awesome idea, huh...

The farest you can go with her is a date and maybe a kiss. Just make sure it is above the neck. Anything below and it is blackmail then jail time. You have more to lose than anything to gain. If you want a younger girl, at least try a 16 years old. Those are legal by laws.

In addition, when things do go wrong. What do you think she will say to people when they find out about you guys?! Like any typical 13 years old would, lie and blame you! Teenagers ain't known for being mature and intelligent. So the next sound you hear after her words would be the sirens and then the sound of hand-cuff and jail door followed by lifetime of the title, "sex offender". Good luck getting a job with that "cool" title...or a normal life for that matter.

So it is basically your call. Just know that this situation has a high possibility of blowing up in your face. If it is purely dating and nothing sexual, it is still a maybe...if you like gambling that is.
