My dead beat is in Korea .I am owed over 145,000.00 in arrears and the judge just ordered him to come to court or he's throwing him in jail. How much time could he get? And what if he doesn't come to court and avoids coming to the city where the case and warrant is. Can they arrest him in another state for child support?
