jack and too short playing at evergreen college in San Jose CA.?

ok so me and my friends wanna go to their show. its goning to be THE JACKA, TOO SHORT, CORMEGA AND TRAXAMILLION. Can kids under 18 go? were both 15 and my pther friend is 13. if anyone knows any info please tell me. also it starts at 8:00 PM if we go at 7 is it likely we wont get alot of lines and actually get to be close to the show?
